Cannot access my email
Must have Internet connection to do so
If you are having problems accessing your email, ask to see if anyone else is having this problem. If you are the only one , try connecting to the Internet. If the Internet is down, email cannot be accessed. Look to be sure your Ethernet Cable is plugged into your computer and the wall jack or switch. If you cannot resolve this problem, please contact Tech Support.

Computer Maintenance
Keep computer clear of clutter
Computers generate heat . They are designed with vents to help protect them from overheating. Keeping them free of paper and clutter will extend the life of the computer. Computer Fans pull in dust and cause the processor to run slow. Please keep the area around the computer clean.

Need ink for printer
Email Call or Fill out Tech Request
When requesting ink for a printer... Provide us with the cartridge number or Model number of Printer. Please do not send a request for ink without this information....

No Internet Service
Check to see if you are the only one without Internet
No Internet Service can be caused by various issues. It might be due to our Internet Service Provider (ENA)having issues or might be related to our equipment. Check to be sure you are the only one having issues, if so please contact Tech Support.

Printer has paper jam.
Release paper from rollers
Check on the back of the printer for a door. Power off printer, use your hand to manually roll the paper roller to release the paper. Check to be sure all paper is removed....
